Amplified Bible

26 They brought out the sacred pillars (obelisks) of the house of Baal and burned them. 27 They also tore down the sacred pillar of Baal and tore down the house of Baal, and made it into a latrine [forever unclean] [a]to this day.

28 Thus Jehu eradicated Baal from Israel.
